Terms

When you book, you pay a deposit of € 25. This is deducted from the total price. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

You may reschedule your appointment once, free of charge, up to 48 hours beforehand. If you cancel or reschedule later than that, your deposit is forfeited.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be shortened, adjusted or cancelled.

If you don’t attend without letting us know, your deposit is forfeited and any future appointment can only be booked with full payment in advance.

For children under 16, a parent or guardian must be reachable throughout the appointment.

We use your details solely for your appointment and never share them with third parties.
